Travel to the sathuragiri - Part 3
Sanjeevi Hill in Chaturagiri
In the Ramayana war, Indrajit made the targets and others faint with his brahmastra. Seeing this, Rama, Sugrivan and others informed Anjaneya, the son of Vayu, and asked him to fetch the herb Sanjivi from Sanjeevi Hill. In order to keep it in place, while flying towards the north, the Siddha sages who were doing penance at Chaturagiri knew through their wisdom that there were many herbs that they needed in Sanjivi Giri and immediately thought that a part of hill should fall between these four giris [Sivagiri, Brahmagiri, Vishnugiri, Siddagiri].
A part of the chanjivi mountain fell in the midst of chaturagiri due to the power of brahma knowledge and penance which created a great wind.
The herbs of this mountain are used by sages and siddhas who understand Tavathyanam and help in many magical powers such as world vasiyam, mohanam, tampanam, pedanam, death, uchadanam, vithuvedanam etc.
Besides, once the air of this mountain touches the body, all ailments are easily cured. There is a widespread rumor that there is a herb in Chaturagiri that turns copper into gold. Copper can be converted into gold by combining the extracts of many herbs and Navapashanas. Many have lost their lives and property to learn these tricks. They forgot one thing.
It is an art beyond the reach of common people. This is possible only for those who are not materialistic. There is also a rule/problem for whom it is possible. After many years, he told me that my guru will teach me the trick of turning copper into gold, the combination of herbs and Navapashana. But, I respectfully declined.

என்பதே எனது வேண்டுகோள்.
On Chaturagiri Hill there is a Vakara oil well created by Kalanginath. A balmy herbal well that turns metal into gold. In Valaipuram, a village in the city of Sringeri, Vamadeva, a devout and the best of Tirupani Kaingaryas, sold all his property to build a temple in the village and started the temple work.
The work could not be continued due to lack of material before the temple was half completed. No one was able to help despite many pleadings. He heard about Sage Kalangi who was undergoing penance at Chaturagiri and went to meet him. After telling what had happened, he fell on his feet and prayed to make way for the work of the temple, which had stopped.
But Kalangi remained silent and did not reply. He was doing tasks for him with determination in the desire to complete the construction of the temple anyway.
Realizing that Vamadeva had really entrusted him with the idea of building a temple, he wanted to fulfill his intention. He made Vakarat Thilam with rare herbs from the hill such as Uroma Vengai, Uthira Vengai, Jothi Vrutsam, Karunelli etc.
He turned the iron into gold with that vakarat thailaam. 'Trader! He said, "Take as much gold as you need to build Eason Temple, finish the work and finish building the temple." Vamadeva, a merchant who worshiped Kalanginathar and took the gold from there, built the temple on his own accord.
Kalangi Nath Siddhar saw that the ointment he had made for the merchant was overflowing more and more. He covered it with a stone well under the earth. Sundar Mahalinga Swami appointed a guardian deity in all four directions at the place where there is an oil well and went into penance to protect it so that it would not be joined by the wicked, the greedy and the wasteful.
